RETURNS POLICY

At MeMeMe we want you to love every item you receive, but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return. 

 

In-Store Returns

We please ask that all purchases made in-store are returned back to the shop within 14 days, for a full refund.  Please bring with you, your original receipt and ensure products are returned in the original condition and packaging.  Refunds can only be made directly to the card on which the purchase payment was made.

 

Online Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, with the original packing slip within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees.  Refunds can only be made directly to the card on which the purchase payment was made.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us.  Please take care to keep all packaging, as we can only accept returns with the original packaging.  It is important to include your original packing slip to help our team identify your order.  Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund; please note, it takes up to five days to process a return.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact the MeMeMe team on sales@4meme.me to organise a replacement or return.  We ask that you do not return a faulty item without contacting the MeMeMe team beforehand.  If an item is agreed to be faulty or defective, you will not be responsible for covering the returns postage cost.

 

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event you receive your delivery and find your item to be damaged on arrival, please inform us by e-mail immediately at sales@4meme.me or via the ‘quick link contact us’ enquiry form at the bottom of the home page.  Your e-mail must include your order number, item SKU (on-line item code) and a photograph of the damaged item.   MeMeMe will contact you to provide a replacement and/or organise a return.
