CLICK & COLLECT POLICY
FREE Click & Collect from our Leighton Buzzard Store
Click and Collect is a FREE delivery option available when you place your order online. Please note our store opening hours are 11.00am to 4.00pm on Tuesday to Friday and 9.30am to 5.00pm on Saturday. To use our click and collect service, simply add your required items to your cart and head to checkout.
What is the cut-off time for Next Day Click & Collect?
You can place orders on-line 24 hours a day 7 days a week. For orders placed by 10.00pm, your order will be available for collection from 2.00pm the next day, providing the store is open. For orders placed after 10.00pm your order will be available for collection from 2.00pm the day after tomorrow, providing the store is open (so orders placed after 10.00pm on a Monday will be available from 2.00pm on Wednesday.)
How will I know my Click & Collect order is ready for collection?
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order is ready for collection. Please do not travel to the store before you have received your email confirmation.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring along a copy of the order confirmation, which will include your unique order number along with proof of identification. This can be the payment card on which the purchase was made or a current photo driving license or passport. Unfortunately, we will be unable to release your order without the required identification.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, we are happy for someone else to collect your order on your behalf. However, to prevent the risk of fraud, please e-mail us on, email@example.com to inform us stating, your unique order number and the name of the person who will be collecting your items on your behalf. The nominated person will then need to present your unique order number, along with a copy of their own photo identification (photo driving license or passport.)
I have not had confirmation that my order is ready for collection?
If you placed your order before 10.00pm, this should be ready for collection from 2.00pm the following day so, please wait until 2.00pm before contacting us. If there is any delay to your order, we will let you know. If you still have not received a confirmation for collection after 2.00pm the following day, please contact the MeMeMe team on firstname.lastname@example.org, who will be able to check the status of your order. If you ordered after 10.00pm your order will be available for collection from 2.00pm the day after next, providing the store is open.
How long will you hold on to my order?
We understand that you may not be able to collect your order as soon as it is available in store. We will, however, hold your items in store for 7 days after which we will return your items to our warehouse. If the 7 days has lapsed, please call the team on 01525 383838 so that we can arrange to return your order to the store for your collection. If you know that you will not be able to pick-up your order within 7 days when you place your order, please feel free to let us know in advance by e-mail to email@example.com and we will hold on to your items at our warehouse until the date you require them.
How can I return my Click & Collect order?
You can return your Click & Collect order directly to our Leighton Buzzard store free of charge; items returned within 30 days and in perfect condition, will be eligible for a full refund.
